    How To Use

    Step 1: Clean & Dry

    Wash and completely dry the nose area before applying. Remove oils, sweat, or skincare products to ensure maximum adhesion.

    Step 2: Apply

    Place the GripTabs on the sides of the bridge of your nose as shown.

    Step 3: Train With Better Airflow.

    Leave on while working out and enjoy easier breathing and improved airflow while you train.

    Step 4: Remove

    Gently peel off after your workout.

    Unlike ordinary nasal strips, GripFlow™ uses a premium magnetic system paired with our GripTabs™, magnetic adhesive tabs to help gently support and open nasal airflow comfortably and effectively.

    How do I use the GripFlow™ Magnetic Breathing System?

    Step 1: Clean and completely dry the nose area for best adhesion.

    Step 2: Use the magnetic applicator to lift a GripTab™ without touching the adhesive.

    Step 3: Apply the GripTabs™ to your preferred nasal/sinus area on each side of the nose.

    Step 4: Snap the GripFlow™ magnetic band into place.

    Step 5: Breathe better.

    How does the magnetic nasal system work?

    GripFlow™ Breathing System uses a reusable magnetic band and adhesive GripTabs™ to gently open the nasal passages, helping improve airflow through the nose for easier breathing during training, running, cycling, sleep, or daily use.

    What do the different GripFlow™ Levels mean?

    GripFlow™ includes Levels 1–4 so you can choose your preferred airflow and comfort level — from a gentle lift (Level 1) to maximum airflow support (Level 4).

    Can it help with a blocked nose?

    Yes. GripFlow™ may help improve airflow for people who struggle with nasal restriction, congestion, or a blocked nose.

    Are the GripTabs™ reusable?

    No. GripTabs™ are disposable adhesive tabs designed for single use. The magnetic band itself is reusable.
