KongGrip Returns and Refund policy
At KongGrip, we're serious about quality and performance. Your satisfaction matters, but so does hygiene and safety. Here's how we handle returns, exchanges and refunds:
- Returns
You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item/s in the original packaging with everything intact.
Important: For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns on used, worn or sweat-contact items; including bags, straps or any fitness accessories. If it's been used or shows wear, it's yours to keep. No excuses.
2. Return Process
- Contact us at sales@konggrip.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide a return authorization and instructions for sending the package back.
- Return delivery costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your item and inspect it, we'll notify you if your refund is approved.
- approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (YOCO) within 5-7 business days
- Delivery Costs are non-refundable
4. Exchanges
- Direct exchanges are not offered. Return for a refund then place a new order.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
- If your item/s are incorrect or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos.
- We'll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
At KongGrip. we respect your grind--and we respect hygiene. Used gear is non-returnable. Train hard. Keep it clean.
