KongGrip Shipping & Delivery Policy

At KongGrip, we know you don’t want to wait to get your gear. That’s why we ship fast and keep things simple.

1. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We use Aramex to get your gear to you.
• Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after processing your order.
• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can follow your package every step of the way.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—check the website for updates.

4. Delays

• While we aim for 2–5 business days, delivery may be delayed due to courier issues or public holidays.
• If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, contact us and we’ll track it for you.
